Our Groove Joint is located in the heart of Cape Coral, Florida. Our workshop is currently home based. We attend many craft shows and events in the SWFL area.
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payment can be made through our website. We will send invoices via email for items that are not in our shop. Payment must be made in full before we can start production on any custom or personalized item.
After an order is placed, we will make contact with you via email to let you know when the order has been fulfilled. We will send photos of custom or personalized items to get final approval before shipping. Upon final approval, we will ship the item and provide you with a tracking number via email.
All of our product details are very specific and provide the dimensions and weight of our products. It is very important to measure your space before ordering your custom or personalized items! Let us know if you have any questions about sizing or what will look best in your space.

Please understand that we cannot resell a custom or personalized item. A custom item is defined as any item that has a list of options to choose from. For instance; stain, paint color, material. A personalized item is defined as any item that requires input from the buyer. For instance; specifying a name or phrase, adding/changing details on any item in our shop.
If your order did not meet your expectations for any reason, please send us an email so that we can make it right.
